Every Ark Group Creations print is made to order after you purchase it. Please review these policies before ordering.

Processing and Shipping

Prints are made to order and ship within 3-5 business days. Each print ships flat and protected. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

All Sales Final

Because each print is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size selection, or frame fit.

Colors can look slightly different on a screen than in print. Minor variation between your display and the finished print is not a printing defect.

Printing Defects

If your print arrives with a printing defect, such as streaking, banding, smudging, or a print error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the defect. We will reprint and ship a replacement at no charge.
